[Aims] ⚫ To master the usage of oil objective lens of the microscope. ⚫ To know the organelle’s general shapes under the microscope
[Contentsand Manipulations1. the usage of the oil objective lensBefore use the oil lens, you must find the image under low power,1) move the target to the midpoint of the vision, and make it in focus.Move the low power lens(don't use the coarse focusing knob and2)the fine focusing knob ), drop the oil on the slide where you want towatch (one drop is enough)3)Turn the oil lens enter the path of the light carefully, and make thetip of the oil lens ioilimmerseinthecedar, while looking at the lens. Then watch the specimen from the ocularby turning the fine focusing knob (Don't use the coarse focusingknob)4)Clean the oil lens and the slide carefully with the special lens-paperby dipping the solution blending the aether and ethanol, then wipethe oil lens and the slide with dry lens paper again
