急性胃炎 概述 概念:胃粘膜的急性炎症,有充血、水肿、糜烂 出血等改变,甚至一过性浅表性溃疡形成。 急性糜烂出血性胃炎:糜烂和出血 糜烂:粘膜破损不超过粘膜肌层。 出血:粘膜下或粘膜内血液外渗而上皮无破坏。 组织学特点:中性粒细胞或单个核细胞浸润;不 同程度的上皮细胞丧失;腺体歪曲
