1.引言设计学中的创新思维 质量功能配制 Quality Function Deployment >QFD是日本于六十年代提出的，该方法通过质量屋 (HQQ,House of Quality)建立用户需求与设计要求 之间的关系，可支持设计制造全过程。QFD经过不断 完善，已成为全面质量管理中的设计工具，在日本、美 国的造船、汽车等行业得到了广泛的应用。在概念设计 阶段，HQQ给出了明确的产品设计要求，但无法给出 实现这些要求的方法和工具。 3
